Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details so you can follow your parcel until delivery.
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, and contact number) are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer delivery across Pakistan to all major cities and most rural locations.

• Major Cities include Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and others.
• Remote Areas may have slightly longer delivery timelines due to limited courier access.

Shipping Charges

We want to make your shopping experience as affordable as possible.

• FREE Shipping is available on all orders worth Rs. 5,000 or more.
• Orders below Rs. 5,000 may incur a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched, except in the case of order errors or product issues caused by us.
